Our customer offers for sale this rare 1960 Chevrolet Impala Sport Sedan (Flat Top). The vehicle, featuring the original 283 V8 engine and Powerglide automatic transmission, was imported from Lorena, Texas, in 1997. Benefiting from the favorable weather in Texas, the body was in good condition. The car received a repaint in 1997, with the chrome remaining in good condition.
The Chevrolet Impala has undergone several partial restorations over the decades. The car’s life in Hungary is well-documented, including articles published in Hungarian classic car magazines in 1999 and 2004. The exhaust system, including the accessories, was replaced in 2023 by an exact factory-replica which was purchased in the USA.
